A Wonderful Stay in a Lovely Hotel
friendly staff free snacks
The staff were SO helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the free snacks offered throughout the day. It was a nice touch. The included mini-bar, restocked daily, was also a HUGE bonus!!!
There aren't any significant negatives to report.

Excellent Stay with a Charming Garden
complimentary snacks convenient location helpful staff
The hotel offered complimentary snacks and drinks each afternoon. I found this perk quite convenient after long days exploring. The location is close to the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe.. I easily walked to both. The staff was helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants.
The elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours.

The staff was eager to answer questions and offered helpful recommendations for the area. Chanel and Diademe provided superb service. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for .
